Presenters 
Canaan Crouch, Vice President, LEGACY Risk Solutions. Canaan brings over 14 years of experience in the environmental consulting and insurance industries. He formerly held positions as a Field Geologist and Project Manager for an environmental consulting firm in Southern California, and is a licensed California Professional Geologist. He specializes in Environmental and Professional Liability exposures and is Executive Vice President of Legacy Risk Solutions, LLC. Prior to joining LEGACY he spent 8 years working as a Senior Underwriter and an Underwriting Manager for two multi-national insurance companies. 

John Till, Founding Partner, Paladin Law Group, LLP. Mr. Till’s client base consists of landowners, business owners, developers, redevelopment agencies, and municipalities impacted by environmental contamination. He has significant experience in handling hazardous waste litigation, including Comprehensive Environmental Responses, Compensation and Liability Act (“CERCLA”), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (“RCRA”), the Polanco Redevelopment Act, public and private nuisance abatement, and trespass in both federal and state courts.In addition to his environmental law practice, Mr. Till represents his clients in connection with identifying, locating and obtaining the benefits of insurance policies, including auto, general liability, excess and umbrella, and environmental liability policies through insurance archaeology, negotiations with insurance companies, and when necessary, litigation.
