Kathleen Ramsey

Kathleen in an insurance veteran having entered the insurance business in 2005.    She is a licensed Property & Casualty Broker spending 7 years with George Peterson Insurance Agency and 8 years with Farmers Insurance in Northern California assisting business and personal lines insured clients.    Most recently she served as a Personal Lines Account Manager for Mount Franklin Insurance Agency located in Texas from her home office in Redding, California.  She currently has Property, Casualty, Life, Health and Disability licenses in California, Texas and New Mexico.

Kathleen joined Van Oppen & Co. 2 in March of 2023 as a Customer Service Representative.   Her services include managing and issuing Certificates of Insurance, checking policies and endorsements for accuracy, and supporting the VOCO2 service team and our clients with day-to-day service needs.
