An update on Trends and Strategies for Improved Performance and Profitability

Presentation and discussion by legal and risk control professionals on current trends in the area of RISK which will be of interest interest to architect, engineering and environmental firms. Panelists will present and discuss business practices to help your firm mitigate risk and improve performance.

Our Featured Speakers

Tim Corbett, Founder and President of SmartRisk. Tim has extensive experience developing and implementing risk and performance management programs for architects, engineers, environmental consultants, and building professionals.

Brian K. Stewart, Esq. Partner, Collins + Collins, LLP. Brian handles predominantly professional liability and catastrophic injury matters. He represents professionals in all aspects of their professional practice with an emphasis in representation of design professionals including contract review, negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and trial.


The morning seminar will include breakfast & lunch. At the conclusion of our morning seminar, we invite those interested to enjoy a round of golf at The Links at Terranea; a nine-hole, par-3 Southern California oceanfront golf course.

For AIA members this seminar qualifies for 3 LU’s. Attendance of AIA members will be recorded and reported at the event sign in.
